Resona Koedo Terrace is a Renaissance-style building among the traditional Japanese architecture buildings in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture. It was designed by architect Katsuya Yasuoka (1877-1942) and opened in 1918 as the main branch of 85th Bank. Later and until 2020 it was used as the Kawagoe branch of Saitama Resona Bank. It was “reborned” in May 2024 and opened as Resona Koedo Terrace.

The building houses restaurants that use local ingredients, a gallery, the Koedo Kawagoe Tourism Association and incubation coworking spaces for the support of local startups.

Resona Koedo Terrace is managed by Regional Design Lab Saitama Co., Ltd. (an 100% subsidiary of Saitama Resona Bank).
