A work by renowed Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama (森山 大道, born 1938, Osaka) in Shibuya, as part of the Shibuya Arrow Project (シブヤ・アロープロジェクト).

The project aims to convey the location of “temporary evacuation sites” that are designated as safe places where many residents and visitors can temporarily take refuge in the event of a disaster. This is a project to create art in public spaces and enrich the landscape of Shibuya Ward, a city that takes the lead in communicating cultural information worldwide.

The nearest temporary evacuation site for the Daido Moriyama public art is Meiji Shrine / Yoyogi Park.
