A manhole cover dedicated to Kanda Myojin Shrine, currently on display at the EDOCCO Edo Culture Complex (situated to the left of the main shrine). The design, based on Kanda Matsuri – one of Tokyo’s three major festivals – depicts a mikoshi (portable shrine) being carried by the crowd into the shrine alongside the Suishinmon gate.
It was donated to the shrine by the Himeji city based company KOGI CORPORATION Co., Ltd.
