Enjoy Shinkansen Views from the 3rd Floor Terrace at Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan

Just steps from JR Yurakucho Station, Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan is a landmark building that has served as a gateway to local culture and travel information since its opening in 1965. It houses over 100 commercial spaces, including prefectural shops, specialty stores, travel agencies, a bookstore, restaurants, and more. On the 15th floor, the rooftop restaurant offers panoramic view of the city.

From the 3rd floor terrace garden, visitors can watch Shinkansen trains travel to and from Tokyo Station. The spot is popular with photographers and train enthusiasts, but casual visitors also relax and enjoy the lush green surroundings.

The shinkansen can also be seen from the square in front of the JR YuraKucho Station.
