“Ron-chan” (ロンちゃん), the preserved Odakyu Romancecar 3100 series “NSE” DeHa 3181, outside the East Exit of Kaisei Station in Kaisei town, Kanagawa Prefecture.
There is also a manhole cover installed in March 2026 to commemorate Kaisei Town’s 70th anniversary. It features Ron-chan, with Mt. Fuji in the background and the town’s hydrangeas and of course Ajisai-chan (あじさいちゃん), the town’s adorable mascot.
