Inuneko Jinja, a Shrine to pray for your pets

Inuneko Jinja (伊奴寝子神社) is a small shrine dedicated to dogs, cats and all pets. It is located in Zama city, Kanagawa Prefecture and was founded in 2012 as part of Zama Jinja (座間神社) a historical shinto shrine founded during Emperor Kinmei’s reign ( 539-571).
Inuneko Shrine is 15 minutes on foot from Sobudai-mae Station on Odakyu Odawara Line.
