“Osamu Tezuka, Characters on Parade” ceramic relief at Kokusai-tenjijo Station (Rinkai Line). The illustration used as the basis was drawn by the “Father of Manga” Osamu Tezuka in 1976. Originally depicted 92 characters marching, but selected 36 and rearranged them.
