The Bank of Nagoya’s former headquarters building was built in 1926. Ιt was designed by architect Teiji Suzuki (1870-1941). Suzuki designed 80 buildings during his lifetime, 44 of which are located in the city of Nagoya and is therefore known as “the architect who built Nagoya”.

The historical building opened its doors again in 2018 as “The Conder House”, a guest house with restaurants and wedding hall and bridal services.
