Togoshi-Ginza Station

Togoshi-Ginza Station (戸越銀座駅) is a railway station located in Hiratsuka 2-chome, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. It is operated by Tokyu Corporation and serves the Tokyu Ikegami Line, which runs between Gotanda and Kamata.

The station first opened on August 28, 1927, when the Ikegami Electric Railway Line was extended between Yukigaya Station (now Yukigaya-Otsuka Station) and Kirigaya Station (now closed). In September 2015, renovation work began as part of the “Good Town, Good Train Project,” preserving the atmosphere of the original wooden station building. The renovation was completed in December 2016, and a year later the building won the 2017 Good Design Award.

The station number is IK03.
