Horoku Inari Shrine ( 宝禄稲荷神社 ) is located in the Haramachi district of Shinjuku City. It is a sub-shrine of Anahachimangu which is located in nearby Waseda.
The shrine is believed to have been founded during the Horeki era (1751–1764). It is said to bring good luck in winning the lottery, passing exams, and winning elections. Memorial services are also held for better luck for lotteries that didn’t win.

On the roof stand two inari foxes, their long, pointed ears resembling those of rabbits.
There is a folktale that the foundation of the shrine is related with a local farmer who won the jackpot in lottery.
