The Nagoya City Performing Arts Studio (名古屋市演劇練習館) is a 5-story theater and other performing arts practice facility located in Inabaji Park at Inabaji-cho, Nakamura ward, Nagoya. It is commonly known as Actenon, a nickname that is said to be a combination of its resemblance to the Parthenon of ancient Greece and the word “act” from theater. The thick cylindrical structure in the center is surrounded by 16 columns.

It was built in 1937 as the Inabaji Water Tower, a water facility of the Nagoya City Water Bureau. It was used for storing and deliver purified water to the area around Nagoya Station.
The building was renovated in 1965 and became the Nagoya City Nakamura Library. After the library moved to Nakamura Park Cultural Plaza in 1991, the facility underwent further major renovations, and in 1995 began operating as a rehearsal and practice room for theater and other performing arts.
It is under the jurisdiction of the Nagoya City Bureau of Civic & Economic Affairs.
