If you want to experience the Japanese tea ceremony in a beautiful place, the Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony at Hama Rikyu Gardens is the ideal event and location. Hama Rikyu Gardens is a classic example of an Edo Period garden and you can enjoy there the chanoyu, while appreciating the magnificent beauty of the scenery.
The Tokyo Grand Tea Ceremony takes place also in the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum. At both locations is held in October.
